White strains are called that because their buds are, often, covered in trichomes so thick it looks like glimmering snow or powdered sugar to the naked eye. These trichomes produce a lovely euphoria that is highly creative, while the terpene profile of the plant offers a kinder, chiller energy than a straight sativa.

Bred in the Netherlands in the 1990s during the height of Amsterdam Coffee Shop popularity, it falls in line with other more gentle sativas like Tangie, another popular one from the era, but unfortunately we also don’t know who White Widows parent strains are. Totally not tubular, Kemosabe.
